Estepona is a wonderful little town
- relatively unspoiled by tourism - and located on the Costa del Sol, about
30 minutes from Marbella, and only a short drive to Gibraltar.
Unlike the busy towns of Marbella
and Fuengirola, Estepona is relatively quiet - and the centre of town is
still very traditionally Spanish. The winding narrow streets are
lined with older houses, with balconies decorated with bright geraniums,
and the sound of pet birds singing in their cages makes a lovely musical

penthouse apartment is set in a wonderful location in the El Presidente
Urbanisation. It overlooks one of five swimming pools available to residents.
It really is a home from home with everything you need to make your stay
comfortable. We have decorated it tastefully with soft furnishings such
as floor-to-ceiling curtains to give that truly luxurious feel. The spacious
lounge/dining room has a large 29" TV and DVD player. We have a CD player/radio/cassette
so remember to bring along your favourite albums. We also chose to include
some lovely Spanish handmade furniture for that rustic feel. All in all,
this room is a place where you can relax and dine in style. The kitchen
is fully equipped with everything you’ll need. It overlooks a small forested
area of beautiful pine trees. The apartment has a private terrace with
a lovely garden suite for dining & relaxing in the year-round sunshine.
