Surrounded by 1 hectare of country garden, a typical stone-faced villa in a beautiful panoramic position in the quite and peaceful countryside overlooking the Sabina hills. Ideal sleeps 8. 

The Accommodation 
Ground floor: large dining room with traditional barbecue fireplace, a lovely sitting room with a sofa-bed for 1, fully-equipped kitchen including dishwashing machine, 1 triple bedroom (1 double + 1 single), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath/shower. 

1st floor: hall, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom leading out to a fine balcony, 1 bathroom with shower, a lovely outdoor terrace with old fashion Pizza oven. 

The interior is furnished with loving care in every detail. Entering the house one is taken back in time to a past age. The house is provided with central heating for year-round occupation, and washing machine. Children are welcome and it is suitable for the elderly. 

Outdoors
The swimming pool is surrounded by a private vineyard with pergolas carrying the vines. The large garden with shady trees, the terrace and the shared swimming pool provide lots of space for relaxing, sunbathing and enjoying outdoor living. The plentiful garden furniture makes it ideal for eating out.

A lovely stone-faced villa in a very green and restful environment, in a delightful private estate of 9 houses. Sleeps 5.

The bungalow villa comprises a spacious (35 mq) lounge-dining room leading out to the garden with an original barbecue fireplace and a double sofa bed. A fully-equipped kitchen. 1 large triple bedroom (1 double + single) and a twin/double bedroom. A comfortable bathroom with bath/shower. The interior is furnished most tastefully in every detail. The house is provided with central-heating for year-round occupation, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Children are welcome. It is suitable for the elderly and wheelchairs are accessible. 

Outdoors
Lovely relaxing garden for outdoor reading with shady trees, barbecue, eating out area and children's playground. Shared swimming pool in the spacious "Il Casaletto" property only a short walk from the villa. 

Notes to the rental rates 
Rental rates depend on rental period and number of guests. Please enquire for prices and availability. 
Prices per week include: electricity, hot water, gas, weekly cleaning, towels and bed linen. Central-heating will be charged separately during cold periods, based on consumption. 

Arrival and departure days are generally Saturdays. Check-in time after 4 pm; Check-out time before 10 am. 

The Local Area: Sabine Hills 
- at only one hour's drive from the Rome, a gentle undulating landscape with an interesting sprinkling of Medieval Castles, the church Cathedral of Vescovio and antique Roman town hall "Forum Novum", the Carolingian Abbey of Farfa. Also the Reatine province, enclosing the ski-resort of Terminillo, the Cicolano with its Salto and Turano Valleys and the mountains of the Laga. The Valleys of the river Velino are a mosaic of different landscapes, colours and cultures. 

Not far from the properties there is two beautiful golf clubs. Mountains for skiing 40 minutes away. 

Torricella in Sabina 
In the hilltop Medieval Village, local Sabine Trattorias and Pizzerias serving good home-cooked and home-grown produce at reasonable prices, a small supermarket, groceries, a post office and tobacconist are all within walking distance. 

Delightful location in rural Lazio, off the usual tourist track but good centre for excursions (car is essential) to some of the most beautiful art cities of central Italy. 1 hour North East of Rome and within easy reach of main amenities and the historic towns of Lazio, Tuscany and Umbria . ½-hour away from railway station to Rome and highways to Rome, Florence and Naples.
