It is just a few steps from the San Marcuola Vaporetto Stop, an excellent location from which to explore the treasures of Venice or indeed further afield, in a fascinating quarter of the city, one of the few still principally occupied by Venetians and not given over to tourism.

Travel within the city of Venice is also very convenient.  The vaporetto provides frequent service to all stops along the Grand Canal including Cà d'Oro,  Rialto Bridge, Accademia and Piazza San Marco and then on to the Lido Beach. Getting off at San Marco Stop, connections are available for all lagoon islands such as  Murano with the Venetian glass-making factories, Burano and Torcello which are well worth a visit.

Shopping for food and other day to day needs could not be simpler, there is a wide variety of shops and restaurants close at hand and a daily market with excellent fruit and vegetables together with a fresh fish stall  close to the apartment. And you are in Venice with all  her romantic and historic beauties, enchanting places, fine dining, luxury shops and galleries and an exclusive jet set life. The apartment is the ideal nest for a couple  wishing to be in absolute privacy. Suitable for anything from business, vacation or to celebrate a special occasion like a honeymoon or an anniversary. It is very representative for its guests.

Complete house cleaning takes place on Saturdays thanks to perfect staff who comes to clean up, wash dishes, make the beds, change linen, etc.

Owners are always very helpful when you call for them, yet they will never bother you with checking inventories or other such horrible things. Upon your arrival at the meeting point, they will show you the way to the apartment and show you all accessories as an invitation to "enter and make yourselves at home".  You will also find a bottle of Prosecco with a bottle opener and two glasses ready for… a good start.

Usually guests come for one or two weeks from a Saturday afternoon  to a Saturday late morning.
