Set in its own private park of 3 hectares, in the near future with a swimming pool and tennis courts, and immersed in the context of the agricultural firm that surrounds it, owned and run by the same family. 
 

The structure has retained the particular details typical to these antique Venetian homes, such as the distinct "fogher" the hearth around a large central fireplace, once the heart of domestic activity, now becoming fulcrum of the Hotel lounge. 

The particular geographical position of the Villa spurred the proprietors to build a Hotel with features apt to both commercial clientele and tourists, complying rigidly to the regulations dictated by the administrating Committee of the Reserve of the River Sile, maintaining the highest standards of quality and aesthetic to respect the splendid nature surrounding the property. 

Location:  The town, Casale sul Sile, is on the banks of the river of the same name, located actually in the Nature Reserve of the River Sile, of which the source is at Treviso, flowing down into the Lagoon of Venice.  Its position is right in the centre of one of the most commercially developed areas of Italy, the famous "North-East", 12 km form Treviso and just 19km from Venice. 15 km from Venice's International Airport, "Marco Polo".
