The hotel is located in the centre of Copenhagen, two minutes walk from the town hall square and the entrance to Tivoli gardens.  Due to this traditional style, no two rooms are alike in either size or shape. The majority are medium-sized and in very good condition. As there are so many design styles it is difficult to generalise, but dark mahogany furniture and elegant drape curtains are featured throughout the hotel.  There is a buffet area in the brightly designed hotel atrium, but the main restaurant is located elsewhere on the ground floor. It is very tastefully decorated room, with blue patterned carpets, walls and seating with the mahogany furniture and antique paintings.  This is a very well preserved traditional hotel which has an excellent location.
Lautruppark Hotel Copenhagen  ***  (Ballerup)
The hotel is located in a modern, low-rise commercial centre, fifteen to twenty minutes drive from the heart of Copenhagen. The surroundings make this an extremely quiet hotel. It is next to a business park. The nearest train station which can take you directly to the centre of Copenhagen is approximately fifteen minutes on foot.  The rooms vary in size but are mainly medium and are kept in fair condition. The bathrooms are in good condition and are very well equipped. Rooms are designed from the early 1990's and are business-like. Carpets and chairs are decorated in royal blue, and the large beds have coloured square patterns on dark cloth.  This is a large room on the ground floor, which can be divided, with modern furnishings.  This is a hotel of a reasonably high standard with well helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable with good amenities and restaurant and bar are pleasant with good food.The hotel is perfectle adequate for those with a car or who do not mind taking a simple train journey to the city centre.

The hotel is located next to the Copenhagen harbour, only a few minutes walking distance from Nyhavns, restaurants, the Royal theatre and the shopping street - Stroget.  All rooms are rather large, styled in simple scandinavian design, with a touch of Maritime. All rooms are in good condition, and has large bathrooms.  The restaurant is on the ground floor and only open for breakfast. Decor is scandinavian style.  This is a nice small hotel in a quiet street close to one of the most popular tourist areas in Copenhagen.
