Zell am See is a beautiful
lakeside alpine town nestling in a large sunny valley. It is only one hour
from Salzburg and easily accessible by the budget airlines. Zell is a truly
all year round resort with heaps to do and see in both summer and winter.
It is a friendly and family oriented ski resort with great facilities.
Our apartment is in a quiet but central part of town, only 200 metres from
the ski lift, only 300m from the lake and beaches, 80 metres from the icerink
and swimming pools and the shops and restaurants are very close. Its an
ideal location. Our apartment is on the third floor of a modern chalet
style building. It has a large balcony with superb views across the lake.
It is spacious, modern and sunny and has a living area of 60m2 plus a large
balcony. Accommodation consists of a double bedroom with double and single,
large lounge diner with a large double sofa bed, lobby, toilet, bathroom,
and large fully fitted Neff kitchen. Sleeps 5. |

is approximately 100 sq m. It has three bedrooms. It is modern with a fully
fitted kitchen. Two bathrooms. Seperate ski cellar. Car port. It is in
quite an exceptional elevated position close to the ski slope and just
above the Achter Jet Ski lift. Truly "Ski and ski out". It is also only
45 mins from Salzburg airport - 70km. The skiing is excellent and is the
home of Hermann Maier. Flachau is in line to take the 2014 Winter Olympics
as part of the Salzburg bid. The ski lifts and facilities are top class
with all you will need for apres ski and night life with many restaurants
bars and nightclubs as well. This is a little gem of a area nestled in
the heart of the very expansive "Ski Amade". Sleeps 10. |

The location of the apartment
is fantastic. The Piste is only 100 metres away, so there is no need to
worry about driving, parking and walking with heavy equipment such as skis,
snowboards, poles etc. You can literally put your skis on at the front
door, ski all day and take them off again at the front door when you have
finished. Once you are on the ski slope there is a short descent of 250
meters to the Valley Station of the “Achter Jet” ski lift which will take
you high up the mountain. the fully furnished 110 square metre chalet apartment
(incl. cellar) consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a combined kitchen,
dining and living room all of which have individually controlled under-floor
heating. In addition there is a ski cellar. It is located on the top floor
of the house, which means that the front door is on the same level as the
covered car parking area. This means that luggage and shopping handling
is very easy. Sleeps 10 |
